“Two incredible destinations that have a lot in common”. This is the slogan that the country chose to invite all passengers to stop over in Panama to discover and enjoy all the country has to offer.
Before the pandemic severely impacted the tourism industry, Panama was boosting a promotional program for the country as a destination, offering extended stay of one to six nights without any additional costs to the airline ticket.
Along with the Coronavirus management that is admired worldwide, the decrease in restrictions on passenger transit and the need to reactivate the national tourism industry, PROMTUR Panama, the organization in charge of destination marketing (DMO), reactivated its successful program.
According to their website, “the expectation for this phase in the agreement is not only to find tourists to spend some nights in Panama, but also for them to enjoy the experiences that our country has at their disposal with the intention that their next destination has the Panama name.”
