The Woods
The Woods is an exclusive development project of family residences on an area of 5 hectares surrounded by leafy trees and consists of only nine (9) lots. Each lot is approximately 5,000m2 located between the Río Hato bridge and the 4th hole fairway.
The nine lots are already listed for sale and all the infrastructure is currently being developed including the construction of access roads and sidewalks parallel to the river, creating a type of “Riverwalk”. We expect these works to be completed by the summer of 2023. Of the nine lots, seven of them face the fairway of hole 4 while the other two face the Hato River and the Marina.
