In over 30 years, Panama has reached a developmental level admired by the whole world.
In the last decade alone, the economical growth has doubled compared to the countries in the region, reaching in 2019 the 1st position as leader in the GDP ranking per capita in Latin America.
The Panama Metro is the first railway system in the country and the first of its type in Central America, thus it is Panama’s pride and joy. It began construction in the last trimester of 2010 and the first line was finished during the first trimester of 2014.
