Paseo del Sol promises to follow the same line of spirit and design impregnated in the first project. It will also be located in front of the ocean with the beach being its first amenity.
The familiar concept comes from the developer Ripard Holding, owned by Ricardo Paredes, with more than 33 years of experience in developing real estate projects along with Nest Properties, the developer formed by his children: Daniella, Ricardo, and Diego, to market their first project together.
“Paseo del Mar has given us great experience because there will be continuity in the project. Ripard and Nest Properties will be the administrators of the project once delivered, which is projected for May 2024”, said Daniella.
Paseo del Sol: a new beachfront project in Buenaventura

The social area will have a swimming pool and the idea is not to raise anything in front so that all our residents can take full advantage of the view”.
He added that “the condominiums start at 310 m2 with perfectly analyzed and tested distributions where the views of the Pacific are truly unique.
